  • Motor kits are compatible only with open-slotted dropouts.

  • Not compatible with thru-axle or closed dropout systems.

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm compatibility and sizing before ordering.

3. LEGAL USE & COMPLIANCE

4. INSTALLATION & USAGE LIABILITY

Our conversion kits and batteries are DIY products designed for riders who want to build and customize their own e-bikes. We understand that both adults and younger riders enjoy building their own setups, and sometimes mistakes happen during first-time installations. However, these are high-performance electrical systems that require correct setup, wiring, and handling.

  • Professional installation is strongly recommended. Warranty coverage applies only if the product has been installed correctly and safely by a qualified e-bike technician, electrician, or experienced mechanic.

  • Kits are not designed for jumps, stunt riding, or harsh off-road impacts.

  • Incorrect installation, wiring errors, or mixing parts with third-party components is not supported and voids warranty.

  • Torque arms must be fitted at all times.

  • Do not operate kits in heavy rain or wet conditions. Products are not fully waterproof.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect fitment, damage, or faults caused during installation.

  • Customers accept full responsibility for safe installation and setup when choosing to install a kit themselves.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that this is a DIY product, and any issues caused by user error, improper installation, or misuse are not covered under warranty.
Please Note: If the product is not installed by a qualified e-bike technician, licensed auto electrician, or other certified professional, the warranty will be void.

5. BATTERY SAFETY

  • Do not use damaged batteries or chargers.

  • Stop using immediately if a battery becomes hot, emits odor, or shows signs of damage.

  • Do not open, modify, or attempt to repair a battery yourself.

  • Warranty is void if the battery has been tampered with, altered, or modified.

  • Do not leave a battery connected to a charger after charging is complete.

  • All charging and battery use are at the customer’s own risk.

6. REFUNDS & WARRANTY

  • No refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer error.

  • Replacements are only provided for verified manufacturing faults.

  • Warranty claims require clear photo or video proof of the issue.

  • Faulty product claims must be made within 10 days of delivery and will be assessed before approval.

  • All items must be returned in original condition for inspection.
