  • Not compatible with closed dropouts or thru‑axle systems.

4. Installation & Usage Liability

  • Professional installation is strongly recommended.

  • Warranty is void if torque arms are not fitted.

  • Kits are not designed for jumps, stunt riding, or harsh off‑road impacts.

  • Incorrect installation or mixing with third‑party components is not supported.

  • Do not operate in heavy rain or wet conditions; products are not fully waterproof.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect fitment after purchase.

5. Battery Safety

  • Do not use damaged batteries or chargers.

  • Stop use immediately if a battery becomes hot or shows signs of damage.

  • Do not open or attempt to repair a battery yourself.

  • Warranty is void if the battery is tampered with or modified.

  • Do not leave a battery connected to a charger after charging is complete.

  • All battery use and charging is at the customer’s own risk.

6. Refunds & Warranty

  • No refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection.

  • Replacements only for faulty products.

  • Faulty product claims must be made within 10 days of delivery with proof.
