Missed Deliveries

Once an order has been dispatched, customers receive full tracking details and the shipping company is provided with the customer’s phone number for delivery contact. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and responding to delivery contact attempts made by the shipping carrier. 2Fast Ebikes is not responsible for delays caused by missed delivery attempts, unresponsiveness to carrier contact, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Any re-delivery arrangements must be handled directly with the shipping company by the customer.
