We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer error.
Please ensure you double‑check your order details, specifications, and measurements before completing your purchase.

Warranty Coverage

While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we stand by the quality of our products and provide warranty coverage for manufacturing faults:

  • Battery: 12 months

  • Motor: 12 months

  • Other Kit Parts: 6 months

If an item becomes faulty due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the faulty component at no cost.


What’s Not Covered

Warranty claims will not be accepted if the fault is caused by:

  • Incorrect installation, mishandling, or modification

  • Water damage caused by improper sealing or exposure to heavy rain/submersion

  • Normal wear and tear or misuse

  • Using incompatible parts or accessories

  • Failure to follow installation and usage instructions

Important: All measurements and specifications are provided prior to purchase.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm compatibility before ordering.
Refunds will not be issued if a battery or kit does not fit due to buyer oversight.


Faulty Product Claims

If you believe your product is faulty under warranty:

  1. Contact us at info@2fastebikes.com within 48 hours of discovering the issue.

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos/videos showing the fault.

  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions or arrange to send replacement parts.


Processing Time

If a refund or replacement is approved, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
Bank or payment provider delays may extend this time.
